According to DigiDay.com, 81 percent of Internet users in the U.S. are on YouTube. One of my communications mantras is “meet people where they are” and by gosh – they’re watching videos.
I’m not suggesting that you invest in an animated talking cat (because we all know cat videos are what make YouTube so popular). I AM suggesting that you consider one of the vendors producing highly effective videos for communicating information to your employees about their benefits.
